The change that takes place during the coaching process inspires me every time. It shows me that people can achieve what they set out to do. We just need to dare to start and follow our inner feeling.

Berlin - the place to be
I live in Berlin and love living in the city, with it's diverse offerings and inspiring people. There is a pulse, a vibe, an energy in the city that you can't escape.
At the same time, I regularly seek balance in nature and can thus feel the inner peace within me. This helps me as a balance to my professional life.
Profession
I have more than 10 years of professional experience in diverse HR roles. I worked in talent development in one of the Big 4 consulting and accounting firms.
Prior to that I worked in talent acquisition in the consulting and energy industry and did executive search in an HR consulting agency.
Due to the different stations in the human resources area, I can combine a very good overview on the job market and its developments.
